Cost Reduction Program
Here are just a few of the ways we can save you money:
- Emergency Call Outs -
Most emergency and after hours call outs can be taken care of within one hour, which includes travel and repair time. Our one hour minimum call out rate, compared to a four hour minimum call out rate that you may already have, will save you money that can be better spent on your Annual Inspection. By signing an Annual Service Agreement, you can put this potential savings into effect.
- Fire Extinguisher Maintenance -
Fire Extinguishers are only recharged when they have been used or are empty, at a cost of between $20 - 25 per 5 lb. extinguisher, by industry standards. This is a 6 Year Maintenance using new powder.
A 6 Year Maintenance is performed every 6 years, as per manufacturer's standards, reusing the existing powder, at a cost of $15 for all dry chemical extinguishers.
A 12 Year Hydrostatic Test is performed with a 6 year maintenance every 12 years, as per the manufacturer's standards, at a cost of $10 for all dry chemical extinguishers.

- Emergency Light Units -
Emergency Light Units are usually the most costly repair item in apartment style buildings. We accurately calculate the actual load on the light unit and replace the batteries according to that calculation. Because most Emergency Light Units are not used to full capacity, you can save hundreds of dollars in battery costs using our services.
